Tip # 3 - Whiteboard plates
File 4806
Did you know that plastic plates work as dry erase boards? Neither did we until we saw this pin! What a fab way to use up any left over plates from Christmas. These would be so handy during whole class mat times where you want to gauge each childs understanding. They would also work well during spelling practise, and handwriting lessons before committing anything to paper!

Peace, love and midday naps

Tip #2 - Pom Pom Pens
File 4805
Whiteboard work is a regular work station in our classrooms, the kids love using markers! To solve the issue of "the eraser hog" you can give each student their own eraser. Simply hot glue a pom pom to the end of the marker. Then all students will need to do is flip their pen over and erase away! An added bonus is that they look so cute in tubs like these!

Peace, love and hot balmy nights...

While we are away on holidays (what a life hey!) we won't be blogging as much, but have decided to share some of our most favourite pins with you. These pins will hopefully give you some inspiration / help / new ideas! We'll be back at the end of January with fresh ideas and resources to share with you. Wishing you and your families all a very merry Christmas and an even merrier new year!!

Tip #1 - Work pegs!
File 4803
We all know that we should probably change the work on display in our classrooms a little more often than we do, but sometimes the thought of all that unpinning and repining is just too much! That's why we love these work pegs - talk about cutting out half the work! To make these simply hot glue a thumb tack to the back of  a peg. Then pin the pegs to your pin board and voila! Job done! This is something we will definitely be trying in our classrooms next year.

We want to take this time to thank you all for of your support on the website, our TPT store and Facebook!  We started this little adventure just over a year ago and it amazes us beyond belief the response we have had! We couldn't have done this without you!

Have a great Christmas and New Year, and we will be back at the end of January all fresh and revived, and ready for another year of providing you with great resources!
