Every morning we complete our calender!
Using some of our calendar parts and the excellent free template from Mama Jenn I created this poster. I used hooked rings(from the key ring section at Office Works) to connect the pieces and make sure that none of them get lost. i purchased cheap stickon hooks from the Reject Shop to add on to hang the different parts up. My students love doing this calender in the morning! I love the calender as it incorporates not only the date, but addition and place value! It is also a great way to keep track of the number of days we have been at school, as our Early Childhood team has a big celebration on the 100th day of school! |
