Reading logs - fill in the face

Use this 'my reading log' to send home for parents to fill in. It provides parent not only a chance to sign that students have read their book, but also provides a space for parents to say how the child read the book. Parents can fill in the face with a smiley, sad or neutral face to provide the teacher with more knowledge of how the student reads at home. Great to be put in the home reading book covers.
