Writing process pencils

5 writing posters which show the stages during the writing process. The stages are planning, draft, re-read and edit, meet with teacher and publish. Display the posters in a strip going down the wall with a space between each one. Write each student's name on a peg and have them place it at the stage they are at in the writing. This way the teacher can easily monitor each student's progress and identify students which may need more support.
