Description

Students correctly answer questions to reach the top of the mountain. How far will they make it up the mountain? As they progress higher up the mountain, the scenery will change. At the end, a polaroid is taken of how far they made it up the mountain with a score. This is a cooperative game where if there is more than one player, they must work together to answer the questions correctly to make it to the top of the mountain as a team.

This number comparison game helps students strengthen their understanding of place value in 4-digit numbers. In each round, they are presented with two numbers and must identify which one is the largest. As they make correct selections, their team climbs higher up the mountain, visually tracking their progress and celebrating each success together.

Let’s Hike – Which Number is the Largest? 4 Digits is ideal for reinforcing number knowledge and comparing values in an engaging, visual context.
