Can you believe it’s already November? 🤯
With the end of the year (and Year 6 graduations!) fast approaching, now’s the time to start thinking about how to approach your 2024 reflections and 2025 goal-setting practices with your students. Reflecting upon how far your class has come over the past year and exploring how they want to grow and develop in the year to come is so valuable!
In today’s blog, we’re looking at how to approach end-of-year reflection at each year level, using some of our favourite resources to help you along 💛 Plus, we’ll look at goal-setting strategies and how to support your students in dreaming big for their futures, and we’ll take a look at our newest drop of graduation resources! 🎓
In the early and lower years, reflections can be simple and highlight the key impactful memories from the year. Have your students ask themselves questions, such as: Who did we meet? What did we do? How did we learn? In the upper years, students are encouraged to reflect more deeply on their learning and experiences from the year. They can explore the skills and lessons learned, brainstorm what they’d like to discover in the coming year and reflect upon their personal strengths 💛
These reflection resources are fun, hands-on and are designed to be perfect displays or take-home memories.
