Lauren
Resource Manager
For 16 years, Lauren loved the privilege of educating hundreds of wonderful students across a range of year levels, and dedicated countless hours to making her classroom a safe, happy and engaging learning environment. Nowadays, when she isn’t living her best life as a Resource Manager at Top Teacher, she enjoys napping, Pilates and cuddling her dog.
TESS
Resource Creator
Tess has 7 years’ teaching experience across primary and secondary and is also a qualified journalist. Renowned for her rainbow classroom, Tess loves creating posters and craftivities that can be proudly displayed. Outside of Top Teacher, Tess is a proud Mum, amateur baker, Christmas lover, book worm and devoted Neighbours fan.
Genevieve
Resource Creator
Genevieve has three years’ teaching experience with a passion for teaching phonics and mathematics. She enjoys creating fun and engaging activities for students. Outside of Top Teacher, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, cuddling her dogs and letting her creative side run free when renovating.
LISA
Payroll and Bookkeeping Administrator
With a background in Business Consulting, and,most recently Real Estate, Lisa’s been with TT for 3 years now! She started off as Admin Unicorn but has since moved into the Payroll and Bookkeeping role. As one of the few non-qualified teachers in the office, Lisa’s now learnt what CVC means. You’ll find her in her downtime Ubering her 2 kids around and at bottomless brunches.
Katherine
Office Coordinator
Katherine was completing a Masters of Secondary Teaching when she found her new dream job in the admin team at Top Teacher. She knows how heavy the load is on teachers’ shoulders, and she’s thrilled to be part of the team that does the hard work for them. In her downtime, she loves buying books that won’t fit on her shelves anymore, trying to cuddle a cat she’s allergic to, and fangirling over the Matildas.
Emma
Admin Assistant
Emma is an Admin Assistant at Top Teacher, where she brings her lifelong love of learning into everything she does. Whether it’s staying organised or supporting the team, she’s always looking for ways to grow and improve. Outside of the office, she’s a big fan of reading, binge-watching Netflix shows and spending time with her bunny, who is never far from her side.
HOLLY
Socials Content Creator
Holly has a passion for all things social media. She loves to bring ideas to life, hence why she thrives in the world of content creation. Outside of the office, you can find Holly with a good book or at the gym. Balancing creativity with a love for reading and fitness is how Holly strives to stay inspired when creating content.
