Lisa
Business Manager
With a background in Business Consulting and, most recently Real Estate, Lisa’s been with TT for 2 years now! She started off as Admin Unicorn but has moved into the Business Manager role. The only non qualified teacher in the office Lisa’s now learnt what CVC means. You’ll find her in her downtime Ubering her 2 kids around and at bottomless brunches.
Hayley
3-6 Resource Manager
As well as being a qualified primary school teacher, Hayley comes from a background in publishing and design and is in her happy place when she is developing high-quality educational content across varied platforms. When not at TT, Hayley dedicates time to her family and finding other ways to be creative, which to her husband’s concern is often centred around home renovation and interior design.
Lauren
K-2 Resource Manager
For 16 years, Lauren loved the privilege of educating hundreds of wonderful students across a range of year levels and dedicated countless hours to making her classroom a safe, happy and engaging learning environment. Nowadays, when she isn’t living her best life as a Resource Creator at Top Teacher, she enjoys napping, Pilates and cuddling her dog.
Savannah
Assistant Resource Manager
Savannah has six years of teaching experience, primarily specialising in Music, and is passionate about finding engaging and fun ways to approach curriculum content in the classroom. Outside of TT, she loves painting, op shopping, video games and treating every dog on Earth like it’s her best friend.
Tom
Resource Creator
Tom has five years of teaching experience, across year levels in composite classrooms. He enjoys creating engaging experiences for students to explore maths and science concepts. Outside of work, he likes kicking back, playing video games and getting outside to explore new hiking trails.
Clare
Resource Creator
Clare has taught for the last 6 years, mainly in the middle years, and is passionate about utilising inquiry-based learning to engage all students in their learning. Outside of the Top Teacher world, Clare is an avid reader who enjoys a good mini-golf game and spending time with her friends.
Karen
Resource Creator
As a teacher and a marine biologist, Karen enjoyed sharing her passion for science and the environment with her students over the seven years that she taught. When she is not in her creative element making Top Teacher resources, Karen can be found in the ocean or the forest with her dog.
Amy
Resource Creator
Amy has 12 years of experience as a primary classroom teacher, having taught all year levels from prep to grade six, with her favourite things to teach being phonics and maths. Outside of her work with Top Teacher, she enjoys spending time with her kids, going on road trips and is a fledgling softball player.
Genevieve
Resource Creator
Genevieve has three years teaching experience with a passion for teaching phonics and mathematics. She enjoys creating fun and engaging activities for students. Outside of Top Teacher, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, cuddling her dogs and letting her creative side run free when renovating.
Tess
Resource Creator
Tess has 7 years teaching experience across primary and secondary and is also a qualified journalist. Renowned for her rainbow classroom, Tess loves creating craftivities that can be proudly displayed and classroom posters. Outside of Top Teacher, Tess is a proud Mum, amateur baker, Christmas lover, book worm and devoted Neighbours fan.
Katherine
Admin Assistant
Katherine was completing a Masters of Secondary Teaching when she found her new dream job as the Admin Assistant at Top Teacher. She knows how heavy the load is on teachers’ shoulders, and she’s thrilled to be a part of a team that does the hard work for them. In her downtime, she loves buying books that won’t fit on her shelves anymore, trying to cuddle a cat she’s allergic to, and fangirling over the Matildas.
