This activity contains 48 task cards. Each card includes a picture of an object and three pictures of 2D shapes. To start, the students will identify the given object and name the shapes below. Using wooden pegs, the students will then clip the correct shape that represents the object.

The twelve 2D shapes included in this task card include circle, rectangle, square, triangle, pentagon, hexagon, octagon, trapezoid, rhombus, star, heart, and oval.
