To complete this task, students will trace each letter using the correct pencil grip. They are also able to use bingo daubers to fill in the dots on the matching pictures.

This task provides the opportunity for students to develop important fine motor skills. Holding a writing utensil to trace and a bingo dauber to add dots requires students to use a pincer grip which is an essential skill for future writing tasks. As they carefully trace the letter or press the dauber on the circles, they develop their coordination, control and spatial awareness.
