This resource contains 32 cards depicting living things, 16 of which are plants and the 16 are animals. There are four pages of cards, with eight cards per page. These cards align with Biological Sciences for Foundation and Year 1.

Each card features a real-life picture of a plant or animal, with its name written below.

These cards can be used for an array of activities, including encouraging students in observing, identifying, sorting and categorising different animals and plants, and as visual aids within the classroom.

These cards can be printed on thick A4 paper to promote longevity of use. If larger cards are required, they can be printed on A3 paper to increase their size.
