Writing an autobiographical poem is fun way for students to reflect on who they are. Use this template as a draft or good copy for their writing.

On the sheet are blank lines and a prompt underneath which students can write the answer to on the lines.

If you use this as a draft sheet, students can then write the full sentences onto the blank lined template or a piece of lined paper. You may like to enlarge the sheet to A3 so students have lots of room to write.

Attach the writing to a self portrait, photo or black silhouette of their face side-on. Included in this resource is:
