Our Baking Cupcakes: Counting to 10 game provides the opportunity for students to practise their counting to 10 skills as they collect cupcakes ready for customers.

This game is designed to be played in small groups but could be easily modified for independent work. The aim of the game is for students to take turns counting and collecting cupcakes until their game board is covered. The winner is the student who covers their board first.

This versatile resource includes:

2. Game boards (in high and low colour)

5. Optional recording sheet.

We recommend printing the game boards and cards on thick cardstock for durability. The game boards could also be placed in write-and-wipe sleeves.

Please note that counters can be used as an alternative to the cupcake cards.
