Our Character Postcard resource can be used with a text of your choice and provides students with the opportunity to infer what the main character might write in a postcard to their family, friends or other significant character from the story.

Once students have finished writing their messages that reflect the events, characters and settings of the text, they may decorate the cover of the postcard with relevant images.
