Character Traits, Actions & Motivations Accordion Books
Description
Your students can investigate how authors use language and illustrations to portray characters with these fun accordion books.
The books either have a short piece of text or an illustration provided. Your students need to complete the remaining pages which also include character traits, actions and motivations. They will need to use their inferring skills to complete the task. The instructions on the sheet provide details about how to cut out the books and fold them up to create accordion books. These books can easily be glued into workbooks to form an interactive notebook. Your students can refer back to them for ideas when they are creating their own characters.
To use this resource, simply print both pages and ensure that your students have access to scissors that they can use safely. Answer pages are also included.
