Collaborative Language LET’S STEAL
Description
You’ve reached the tomb, and it’s time to get the treasure! In this interactive and high-stakes digital game, students must think carefully about how they communicate. Each correct answer earns them treasure but with each round, they must choose whether to keep what they’ve earned or risk it for a chance at an even greater prize!
This version of the game focuses on collaborative language. Students are presented with scenarios that require them to select or apply language that supports teamwork, negotiation, and effective communication. These include ways to agree respectfully, offer support, suggest ideas, and encourage cooperation.
Let’s Steal – Collaborative Language promotes social-emotional learning while building essential speaking and listening skills. With every answer, students practise using language that helps them work well with others, while chasing down as much treasure as possible!
