Students will practise reading CVC words while having fun playing this small group game!

To play, they will each need a word board and a blank farm scene. Students then take turns reading a CVC word off their player board. If it is read correctly, they can choose a farm animal to place on their board. You may like to use the printable animals in this resource or a set of plastic farm counters.

The aim of the game is to collect as many farm animals as possible.
