Description

Use this bumper worksheet set to support early writers through repeated practise of CVC words, word families and onset and rime. Each worksheet features a word family and a selection of CVC words that fit that letter pattern. Students are asked to read the word (using the sound buttons to map the word as they sound it out), colour in the picture to match, and then re-write the word on the final box. Students are also asked to circle all the words at the bottom of the page that follow the same word family pattern. These worksheets are great to use when learning about rhyming words, and writing rhymes as they group together words with the same endings.
