Allow your students to read, find and cover CVCC words through this interactive activity.

With six different CVCC game boards, this set allows students to read and identify CVCC words to read and cover four words in a row. To start the activity, students will choose a game board and work with a partner to take turns picking up word cards to read, find and cover the word with a counter on the board. The first to cover four words in a row wins the game.

Designed with six game boards, both in full colour and a low colour option, and a set of 20 word cards that fit 10 to a page, the resource is easy to print, cut and distribute to students. This activity can be incorporated as part of guided or independent practice. It is also suitable for pair and small group work.
