Your students can investigate the similarities and differences in how decimal numbers are read and said with these worksheets.
To begin with, different measurements need to be recorded using images of rulers and money. Your students will then compare how the same value is read and said differently with these measurements. They will also consider how the place value of each of the digits is the same.
Three differentiated versions of the worksheet are available. The first provides some extra support, and the last version ends with a more challenging question. Helpful answer sheets are also provided.
