How to Access

Easily enter your Dashboard by clicking the Digi-Tool Dashboard header in the top right corner of the Top Teacher homepage. Once inside, all your slides and content save automatically for your convenience. For the best experience, ensure your device’s operating system and browser are updated to the latest versions for complete compatibility and functionality.

19 Interactive Widgets

The Dashboard offers 19 widgets covering a range of tools, from literacy and maths resources like the Word Builder and Place Value Mat, to everyday classroom management tools such as the Schedule,, Timer, and Wellbeing Check-in.

 

Easy Navigation

Click on the Top Teacher logo in the top left corner to return to the home page when you're finished with your Dashboard. Click on the Resources section to open our extensive resource library in a new tab, all the while keeping your Dashboard open. In this way, you can easily maintain your Dashboard setup and keep it open for continued use throughout the day.

   

Customisable Aesthetics

Personalise your Dashboard with several options:

1. Background Colour: Choose from 7 colour options.
2. Font: Select from 6 fonts, including 4 Australian state fonts.
3. Read-Aloud Voice: Choose from two voice options for the read-aloud feature.
4. Full-screen: Use the four-arrowed button in the top right corner to display the Dashboard in full-screen mode.

 

My Dashboard Section

View all of your slides and slide groups at once in the My Dashboard section. Organise your content by grouping up to 10 slides per group (with a maximum of 4 groups). Easily reorder slides, and add new ones by either clicking Create New Slide or duplicating an existing one to reuse a setup. With the flexibility of up to 40 slides to work with, easily create and distinguish sets of slides organised by area (literacy, maths, morning routine etc.), by day or week, or even by year level if you’re a specialist teacher.

   

Tool Features

Each Digi-Tool on the Dashboard comes with a set of intuitive features designed to enhance your teaching experience:

1. Settings Cog: Access the settings for any tool with the cog icon in the top right corner.
2. Spotlight Mode: Focus on any tool by clicking the Spotlight button (three vertical dots) to feature it in full-screen mode.
3. Move and Resize Tools: Click and drag to move or resize tools, giving you full flexibility to customise your workspace.
4. Tool Removal: Easily remove any tool from your Dashboard using the bin icon.
5. Cross-Tool List Sync: Word or class lists created in one tool are available in all others that use lists, saving you the time and effort of remaking them.
6. Sound Effects: The Timer, Spinner, and Wellbeing Check-in Tools include sound effects for added engagement. 10 sound options are available in each, and they can also be turned off altogether if you prefer a quieter environment.
