Description
Work together to build and protect a town that is under attack by giant robots. In this interactive game, students earn actions by answering questions correctly. Each turn, they must choose how to defend the town—upgrade homes to grow the population, reinforce the walls, or launch an attack to weaken the robots!
This version focuses on division strategies. Students will solve problems involving one- and two-digit numbers using a variety of approaches, including number sentences, visual arrays, and word problems. This helps them apply their understanding in different contexts while reinforcing the concept of division through practise and repetition.
Let’s Defend – Dividing One- & Two-Digit Numbers is great for building number fluency and problem-solving skills. It works well for individual review, small group rotations, or whole-class challenges using the interactive whiteboard or QR code.
