Are you looking for an activity that your students can do during Diwali celebrations? Our Diwali: My Wish for the Year worksheets are just what you need!
Each template includes space for students to record their wish for the year ahead. To suit the needs of your class, we have included four versions of this task:
- Students will illustrate their wish.
- Students will illustrate and write their wish on 24mm lines.
- Students will illustrate and write their wish on 18mm lines.
- Students will illustrate and write their wish on 14mm lines.
Please note that younger students may benefit from the templates being enlarged to A3 to provide ample space for writing and drawing.
Create a beautiful display of your students’ completed work by displaying them alongside our Diwali banner or poster!
Turn this activity into a fun art project by enlarging the drawing template to A3 and:
- Placing it on an easel for your students to paint on.
- Providing magazine and newspapers for students create a collage.
- Providing craft materials, such as pom poms, pipe cleaners and buttons, for students to create a 3D image of their wish.
