Description

This is a fun game for 2-4 players in which students can practise their doubling skills.

The aim of the game is to get to the giant hotdog in the middle of the gameboard. The first player to reach the giant hotdog is the winner.

Each player takes turns rolling the dice and moving their counter the corresponding amount of squares. If a player lands on a small hotdog, they get to double the number on their next roll. If they land on a bone, they miss their next turn.

A player needs to land exactly on the hotdog to win. A player moves their counter past the giant hotdog on the gameboard if their dice roll takes them too far. They then need to try to return to the giant hotdog from the other side of the board.

This resource can be printed on thick card or placed in a write-and-wipe sleeve. To get a bigger gameboard to play with, print the resource in A3.
