Determine the duration of particular events given the start and end time with this set differentiated worksheets.   Students will interpret the word problem to find the information relevant to the problem they need to solve. There are three worksheets included:

1. Includes durations on the hour and half hour
2. Durations to the closest five minutes
3. The same as version 2 but using 24-hr time.

  Implement this worksheet as an independent task when learning how to calculate duration.   Print one page per student, or if working in small groups, place a few sheets into write-and-wipe sleeves and reuse them for each group of students.
