Learning about Earth’s resources? Use this resource as a pre and post-assessment task to identify student’s prior knowledge, and knowledge gained on the following tasks within the Grade 3 Earth and Space science descriptors:

1. Making a list of Earth’s resources.
2. Describing how these resources are used around schools.
3. Describe where these resources come from so that they can be used in everyday life.
4. What might happen if our access to these resources changed.
5. How might Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples make the best use of scarce resources.
