Completely editable Editing Checklists. There are 2 options - a bookmark style and post it note style - completely editable to suit your editing procedures in your classroom. If you are using the sticky post it note option, print the final page and add your sticky notes to the squares. Add this paper to the printer and then choose either page 2 or 3 to print onto the sticky notes. Use these checklists for students to independently check their work before bringing it to the teacher. Have students keep the checklist with their 'have a go' pad or in their tray. For special work or to show evidence of the editing process print out a copy of the checklist for each student and staple to their draft when completed.
