Use this activity pack to help your class celebrate NAIDOC Week. After reading the picture book ‘Finding Our Heart’ by Thomas Mayor, discuss the importance of respecting the First Nations Australian culture and land and what we can do to be respectful. Children will learn about Uluru and the Uluru Statement and create artwork to display that is inspired by the illustrator Blak Douglas. This resource includes:
