Use this sheet as a way of documenting how your students write their name and draw themselves at the start of the year.   This activity is a great way to monitor growth from year to year. You could even pass it on to the following years' teacher as a reference point!   Two templates are included- one for the first day and another for the first week. This resource is also editable so you can change all of the text if needed, including the title, year, instructions and poem.
