This resource is a fun and effective game that reinforces student skills in rounding to the nearest ten or hundred.

Select from three differentiated recording sheets and have students flip cards to create addition or subtraction problems with 2 or 3-digit numbers. Students calculate the result of their sum, then round the values to their nearest ten or hundred to estimate the result. At the conclusion of three rounds, students estimate the sum of all three rounded answers, and the player with the highest total estimate wins!

Print 1-3 sets of number cards and 1 set of symbol cards for a small group of 3-5 players. Colour and black & white printing options are provided. Print cards on thick A4 cardstock for easy reusability.
