Support your Year 2 students in their learning of HASS: Geography, with the Connection to Our Country Assessment task.

Created to coincide with Year 2 Geography Australian Curriculum, this activity will provide students with the opportunity to demonstrate their understanding of the concepts related to the interconnection of First Nations Australians to a local country/place.

Students will complete the Connection to Our Country worksheet to demonstrate their knowledge of local country/place and the interconnections of First Nations Australians. We highly recommend contacting local elders or representatives in your area for advice, support and resources during this unit
