Description
- Language Development: Students are encouraged to use descriptive language to ask questions and describe items on the cards. This can include using adjectives to describe the size, colour, shape, and other characteristics of the picture.
- Listening Skills: They will actively listen to their peers as they describe the pictures on their cards.
- Turn-Taking and Collaboration: The game encourages students to take turns, share ideas and work together.
- Cognitive Development: The game requires them to use critical thinking skills to ask the right questions and make informed guesses about which cards their peers might have.
- Vocabulary Development: As they take turns describing their pictures, they are exposed to new words and concepts. They may also use descriptive words to help their peers understand the picture.
- Following Instructions: Students follow the instructions of the game to play.
