Description

Homophones are words that sound the same, but are spelt differently and have different meanings.This resource features a fun game to get students up and moving whilst learning homophones and grammar.
  • Spread the scoot cards around the room.
  • Students move around the room, writing the correct missing homophone from the card in the corresponding box (answer sheet).
  • You may ask students to move from question to question freely, or at the same time when you call ‘scoot’.
  • Questions can be completed in any order. Continue until all questions have been answered.
