This resource comes in two different levels - Sharing between 12 (10 different pages) and sharing between 50 (10 different pages). The students can model with counters/cookies onto different plates for each person and then draw pictures into their books. They could then also write the repeated addition as an extension. This activity works fantastic along the book 'The Doorbell Rang' by Pat Hutchins and explores the connections between addition, multiplication and division. You may like to add some cookies to eat at the end as great motivation for this activity!
