Support your Year 5 and 6 students in their Health: Interacting With Others unit of work with the Looking at Different Perspectives task.

Created to coincide with the Year 5 and 6 Health Australian Curriculum, this activity will allow students to propose strategies to value diversity in the community, particularly those that involve helping people understand perspectives that are different from their own.

Students will examine scenarios that involve discrimination, suggest emotional responses that may occur as a result and propose strategies that could support those being discriminated against.
