Have your students make a range of sentences with the Make a Sentence resource. They have the option to make sentences that are sensible or silly…as long as they make sense! Each sentence has been separated into two parts. Have your students combine the two parts and read it aloud to see if it makes sense. Countless sentences can be created by swapping the cards. Students can write each sentence on the Make a Sentence recording sheet. As a challenge, you can only provide your students with the start of the sentence cards and have them write their own endings!
