Represent the duration of meetings on a weekly calendar with this differentiated worksheet set.

Students will interpret notes jotted down by a top-secret client. It is up to them to organise a schedule by creating a visual representation of each meeting on a calendar for the week.

The resource consists of one weekly schedule page and two note pages. The note pages print two copies per page and are differentiated as follows:

1. Version 1 uses 12-hour time
2. Version 2 uses 24-hour time.

Print one schedule page per student, or if working in small groups, place a few sheets into write-and-wipe sleeves and reuse them for each group of students.
