Description

Your students can visit the MasterMetrics kitchen to investigate mass, capacity and their metric units with this fun activity.

Firstly, the packaged supermarket items that would have a mass or capacity written on their packaging need to be identified and circled in the kitchen. Then, the name of the item, the type of measurement and the unit of measurement need to be recorded.

Three differentiated versions of the worksheet are available. The amount of packaged items increases with each version.

When you have decided which version of the worksheet to give to which students, you can print the number of copies that you would like and begin the activity.
