Materials Needed

How to Use

  1. Print and prepare one set of game boards and cards per group or student.
  2. Students draw a cupcake card from the pile and subitise the quantity shown.
  3. They then locate the matching numeral on their board and place the card over it.
  4. If the number is already covered, the card returns to the bottom of the pile.
  5. Play continues until all numbers are matched or a timer runs out.
  6. Students may record each match on the worksheet by drawing or writing the number.
