Your students will love creating this cute foldable craft keepsake that holds a record of their favourite memories from the school year!

Using the included templates and easy-to-find art and craft items, each student will create a foldable face that contains a record of their special memories. They will decorate the face template to resemble their own face (alternatively, use a photograph of each student’s face) and write and draw a collection of memories on the foldable memory template. To assemble, they will simply cut the top off the head and attach the accordion-folded memory template to the top and bottom pieces. By pulling up on the top of the head, students will be able to reveal their special memories! To suit the needs of your class, we have included multiple templates:

1. 8 different faces including a range of hair types, a head scarf and a bald head.
2. Drawing and writing memory templates on 24mm and 18mm lines.
3. Writing memory templates on 24mm and 18mm lines.
4. Blank memory templates.

In addition to the templates above, we have also included an eye-catching banner. Use this banner to create a beautiful display of your students’ special memories from the school year.

Please note that to complete the craft, students will require access to colouring utensils, scissors and craft glue. Whilst not essential, we also recommend that they have access to craft items to add texture and detail to their face templates. Younger students will require assistance with the cutting, folding and assembling of their crafts.

Printing the face templates on thick cardstock is recommended.
