Materials Needed:

  • Printed templates (white or coloured cardstock)
  • Scissors and glue
  • Hole punch
  • Green pipe cleaners
  • Optional: paint, sequins, cotton buds, markers or a small gift

How to Use:

  1. Print the strawberry and leaf templates on cardstock. Enlarge to A3 if a larger gift bag is desired.
  2. Students cut out the pieces and hole punch the small circles along the edges.
  3. Fold and glue the tab to form the 3D strawberry shape. Allow to dry before adding contents.
  4. Fill with affirmations, messages or a small gift. Thread the pipe cleaner through the holes to close the pouch, attaching the leaf and tag at the top.
  5. Twist the pipe cleaner to create a cute strawberry stem and carry handle.
