Movement I Have, Who Has?
Description
Support your Foundation students in their Physical Sciences: On the Move unit of work with this fun card game. If your students are learning about Physical Science, this is the resource for you.
Movement I Have, Who Has? is an engaging and interactive way to start or end a lesson in which students explore how objects and/or people move. Providing a range of examples of rolling, sliding, bouncing, spinning and swinging, this game will require students to use their knowledge while working cohesively with their peers.
Each student receives a card. Once students have read and understood their cards, they must work together to arrange them in order. Students can then be challenged to consider whether there are objects that can move in multiple ways, how objects could be manipulated to move in different ways, and how many objects move in a specific way.
This resource is part of our Physical Sciences Foundation UNIT PLAN.
