My State or Territory is a fun activity for students to investigate where each state and territory is within Australia and where they are situated within the country through the inquiry process. Students will complete the worksheet by labelling all the states and territories on the map of Australia. They will then complete the table with details of their location within Australia to provide them with context of where they are situated within the country/continent. This activity is part of our Geography Year 2 Unit Plan.
