Using three cross-sections, determine the hidden 3D object inside the box.
Students will use their understanding of cross-sections to determine the 3D object that is most likely hidden in the boxes.
They will note if the cross sections change in size or stay the same and determine the orientation of the 3D object inside each box.
Students will then determine the number of faces, vertices and edges of each object.
There are three versions of the worksheet included in the resource for students to have additional practice.
