Description
Start your engines! In this high-energy digital game, students race their way around a dynamic track by answering near doubles addition questions. With every correct answer, their car speeds ahead, but be careful! Incorrect answers slow them down and could cost them a spot on the winner’s podium.
Students will be presented with addition problems that focus on near doubles strategies, such as 6 + 7 or 8 + 9, and must identify the correct answer. This supports mental maths fluency by encouraging students to use known doubles facts and adjust by one. The fast-paced nature of the game helps consolidate automatic recall of number facts in a fun, competitive setting.
The goal? Be the first to zoom across the finish line and claim a spot on the podium!
