Use these number of the day sheets as a warm up to your maths lesson, independent work or even as a part of your class homework. Available in three levels of difficulty they can be matched to your students ability. Level 1 is for numbers up to 20. Some of the tasks at this level include colouring in the correct number of dots, writing the number that comes before and after and drawing a picture to represent the number. Level 2 is for numbers in the hundreds. Tasks at this level include turning the number into dollars and cents, representing it with base 10 blocks and writing numbers that are smaller and bigger. Level 3 is for numbers into the thousands. These tasks include doubling and halving the number, writing a number story and writing the number as a roman numeral.
