Description

Are you looking for a fun and hands-on way to practise repeating patterns? This resource contains a cute octopus craftivity for your students to complete – decorating the legs to represent repeating patterns. This could be created individually, or printed on A3 and have groups of students work on the octopus. You might like to use collage materials to create repeating patterns on each leg, colour the legs and display in a repeating pattern, or even create paper chain legs in repeating pattern colours. This would look effective backed onto a painted background – such as an ocean scene using crayon resist and a blue wash, or blue bubble painting.
