Available in both portrait and landscape orientation, and with varying line lengths - for either teacher to scribe student response or students to write their own response. This would be great to complete and display alongside a photo of the student at the assembly. Alternative versions are available on the website with the titles 'School Assembly' or 'Awards Assembly'.
