Place Value Bingo: Identifying 2-Digit Numbers Game

Description
Place Value Bingo: Identifying 2-Digit Numbers Game is a fun and collaborative resource designed to support students in recognising two-digit numbers represented with MABs (base ten blocks). By focusing on tens and ones in a visual and interactive format, this engaging bingo game reinforces essential place value concepts and strengthens early numeracy skills through playful repetition and discussion.
Ideal for small-group instruction, maths rotations or intervention sessions, this game challenges students to match spoken numbers to pictorial MAB representations on their game boards. As they play, students will deepen their understanding of how numbers are built using tens and ones, while also developing listening skills, numerical fluency and strategic thinking.
Place Value Bingo includes a variety of game boards and number cards, providing plenty of variation and opportunities for repeated practice. It’s easily adapted for different levels of learners and can be extended through tasks involving expanded form, number ordering or comparative reasoning.
