Learning about materials and their properties is such a fun hands-on unit of work to complete with Students. There are so many opportunities to explore objects, what they are made of and why.

This resource asks students to explore the area around them and locate objects that show various properties, such as: flexible, rigid, hard, soft, heavy, light etc.  

This would be fun to complete in small groups and display the sheets when completed.
