Description

Questions Race is an engaging and hands-on game that will challenge your students to demonstrate their ability to determine whether a question is open or closed.

 

Suitable for individuals and small groups, Questions Race is a fun game that can be adapted to suit your classroom needs. While playing, students will explore different questions and may find themselves considering answers to the open questions which provides an ideal moment for oral language and peer relationship development.

 

The game boards and cards are colourful, using bold clipart to capture students’ attention. The game boards come in both high and low-colour versions, so there will be one to suit your printing needs. It is recommended to print both the game boards and cards on card to ensure longevity. Once this resource is prepared the first time (including cutting the cards), it can easily be used time and time again.

 

Younger students may need adult assistance to read the questions, or strategically grouping students to ensure a strong reader is in each group may help with this.
